Kobushi flower (Magnolia) that can be easily found under the trees surrounding residences or in woods along the Kurome River and Nobidome Canal. Kobushi flowers are graceful and simple and since old times have been enjoyed by the locals as flowers that tell of the coming of spring. Moreover, Kobushi flower is designated the city flower as a symbol of civic solidarity, because the word Kobushi also means fist.

“Kobushi-no-Sato” was named after Kobushi flowers and launched in commemoration of 35th anniversary of Niiza City municipal system. Water from deep wells in Niiza and no other breeds but “Sake Musashi,” one of rice breeds that is suitable for making sake, produced in Saitama are used. This is a product with the owner’s passion for delivering the flavor of local ingredients, especially the water of Niiza.

Sophisticated scent and the flavor of rice bring great harmony, and it has mild and refreshing taste. It is fruity and smooth and very popular among female consumers.
